Mini-vans and ATV’s are also among the types of vehicles up for grabs, but there are some conditions that apply if you want to make a bid.
None of the vehicles come with a warranty or a guarantee and you must put 10% cash down as winning payment on Saturday. The rest of the money is due within 5 days and all sales are final. The money raised from the auction of the forfeited vehicles goes to the Law Enforcement Trust Fund, which buys equipment & funds investigations to enhance law enforcement. The sale will be held at the Police Impound Lot #2, 4300 Bradley Road in Cleveland. These types of sales can be good or bad for the buyer. The information provided does not indicate whether the vehicles are able to be started or driven, otherwise you are limited to a visual inspection—which is obviously risky.
